Dr Wang's Biography

Dr Wang's Biography

From Darkness to Sight shares the remarkable life journey of Dr. Ming Wang, a world-renowned laser eye surgeon and philanthropist. It is an inspirational story of how one man turned fear, poverty, persecution, and prejudice into healing and love for others.

Dr. Wang and his employees are extremely courteous and extremely thorough from the initial screening up to the surgery. I came in initially looking at LASIK but my vision was too bad, and Dr. Wang recommended the implantable contact lens. I had to receive the highest prescription manufactured. The day after, I was seeing 20/100 and depending on recovery it may improve further. Even though I still may need glasses and LASIK to further correct my vision I could not be happier with the results. For the first time in 26 years I am able to wake up in the morning and be able to see without aid. Dr. Wang is extremely kind and helpful, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to anyone else.
