My name is David J. Scribner. I am a retired Army officer, and being retired, I am authorized to obtain heath care at all military and VA facilities. In 2014 I was diagnosed with cataracts and chose to have surgery at Ft. Campbell, KY. During the procedure, the original lens was “dropped” and I immediately was sent to TN Retina in order to schedule a vitrectomy and to remove the old lens and debris from my right eye. After 2 vitrectomy procedures and another procedure called a strabismus, my right eye is finally healed. I told myself that “if” I was to have the left eye corrected, I would trust Dr. Ming Wang in Nashville. On June 16, 2016, Dr. Wang performed a 3D Laser and Lens replacement that was a TOTAL success.
